Description / Purpose: [Contest Piece]
This piece loosely narrates the story of the contest, and is divided into three movement-like sections:
0:00-0:57 – Ballad of the Star-Crossed Lovers
0:57-2:30 – War’s Ravages/Confrontation
2:30-3:48 – Soul Devoid
I tried something new with this piece, trying to do more with fewer instruments, as opposed to utilizing an entire orchestra.

Piano, Cello (Uses some double stops)
