Description / Purpose: This is made to describe a strange, quirky, eccentric, creepy, carnival-like villian for the July Competition.

String Ensemble, Piano, Honky Tonk Piano, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, Timpani, Various Percussion Instruments
