Description / Purpose:
Written for this month’s competition, this is intended for use as a town theme. Just generic RPG-fare stuff. 
Instruments Used:
Glockenspiel, Harp, Strings, Clarinet, Flute, Horns, Light Percussion.
Inspiration:
Stuff by Hitoshi Sakimoto, especially “The Skycity of Bhujerba” from FFXII.
